  • Embarcadero – it is the next stop down the route. The Embarcadero is a boulevard that runs along the waterfront of San Francisco from the Bay Bridge to Pier 39 located in the north east part of San Francisco. Great views of bay, bridges and island are visible from here.
  • North Beach. We will visit Little Italy in San Francisco. A huge amount of Italian shops, restaurants, beautiful squares and churches is located in this area.

  • Marina- Palace of Fine Arts is one of the most unusual sights of the city and a symbol of creative spirit.
  • Telegraph Hill, Coit Tower. This tower mesmerizes the viewer. It is a must visit for any San Francisco visitor.
  • Fisherman’s Wharf – here you will be able to taste any kind of seafood, enjoy the view of the San Francisco Bay and see The Golden Gate Bridge, which will visit later down the route.
  • Pacific Heights-Billionaires Row – streets of Victorian mansions in the area of Fillmore street, that often can be seen in US movies.
  • Golden Gate Bridge – we will adore the beauty of the forever young Golden Gate Bridge, take cool pictures and find out lots of interesting facts about the main place of interest of the city.
  • Haight-Ashbury – we will visit the hippie’s street that is full of shops with Indian and other types of goods.
  • Alamo Square – Painted Ladies – the Painted Ladies Houses is residential complex that consists of six mansions painted in different colors. This place reflects the whole epoch of city history.

San Francisco City Tour - FAQ

Quick answers about timing, hotel pickup, photo stops, and what to expect on our small-group San Francisco city tour.

Plan for about 4.5 to 5 hours from pickup to drop-off. The morning option typically runs from around 8:30 am to about 12:50 pm, and the afternoon option from about 1:30 pm to around 5:50 pm, depending on traffic and photo stops.

We offer hotel pickup and drop-off from selected locations in Downtown San Francisco and Fisherman’s Wharf. Your exact pickup point and time are confirmed after booking. Most guests return to the same general area where they started.

This is a guided small-group city tour, not a hop-on hop-off bus. You stay with your guide and group, enjoy live commentary, and make multiple planned stops for photos and short walks.

We usually make several scenic stops (often around 5) while covering 20+ iconic sights. Highlights commonly include the Golden Gate Bridge, Chinatown, Union Square, Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39, North Beach, the Painted Ladies at Alamo Square, and view spots like Twin Peaks or Lands End when conditions allow.

Yes. The Golden Gate Bridge is a key photo stop on this tour. Your guide will choose the best viewpoint for the day based on visibility, traffic, and timing.

It is a small-group experience with a maximum of 14 travelers. That means easier parking for photo stops, a more relaxed pace, and more time for questions with your guide.

Both options follow a similar route and include the same core highlights. Choose morning if you prefer an earlier start and a free afternoon, or afternoon if you want a later pickup and warmer temps. Your guide can also adjust pacing to match your group’s vibe when possible.

Dress in layers. San Francisco weather can change fast, especially near the water and viewpoints. Bring comfortable shoes for short walks, a light jacket or hoodie, sunglasses, and your camera or phone. A small water bottle is always a good idea.

The tour is not wheelchair accessible, but it is stroller accessible. If you have mobility considerations, please contact our team in advance so we can confirm the best option for your date. Contact Us

Adult tickets start around $79, with discounted pricing often available for seniors and children. Final price can vary by date and availability, so the most accurate total is always shown during checkout.
